Tortured Trees

Had a little walk around Free Prae Road Park this afternoon, as I've never been there before and it's a short drive away. Not a very large park, but some lovely mature trees, and enormous willows gently drooping over the River Bourne.

I found several poor trees which had suffered the misfortune of a nearby wire fence growing into their bark. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the trees, it looked so painful the way the wire was cutting in, but made for very interesting patterns and shadows.

Found a sofa and bed dumped under some trees away from the main path, foamy guts torn out and littering the grass.
